How are fees calculated? Advisory fees are charged in 'arrears' on a monthly basis

(Account value at month end * annual fee amount) / 365 days * numbers of days held in the month = monthly advisory fee

Example:

$100,000 account value at the end of January
On February 1st, the account will be directly charged $106.16 for the previous months services
Calculation: $100,000 * 1.25% = $1,250 annual. Take $1,250 annual fee / 365 days in a year to get the daily fee. Then take the daily fee and * by number of days in that particular month, 31 days for January = $3.42 * 31 = $106.16. We break it down to the daily fee because some months have less then 31 days.
